Welcome to Travelling Trunk. By accessing and using our website (the “Site”) and purchasing from our collections, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Travelling Trunk Pte. Ltd. (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “TT”) is a Singapore-based company curating global designer fashion.
These Terms govern your use of the Site and all related services.
By using our Site, you agree to comply with these Terms and with all applicable laws.

2. Collections & Products

Our platform rotates collections every three months, featuring a limited number of designers from one city at a time.
All items are supplied directly by the featured designers. We guarantee authenticity.
Product descriptions, sizing, and images are provided to the best of our ability. However, minor variations in color, fabric, or design may occur.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
Prices are listed in SGD (Singapore Dollars) unless otherwise stated, and include/exclude taxes depending on your location.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery timelines vary by region (typically 5–10 business days).
Express shipping may be available at an additional cost.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. TT is not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by their country.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the limited and rotating nature of our collections, returns are accepted only if:
- The item has a physical defect (damage, stitching issues, or material fault),
- The wrong item or size was sent,
- The item differs significantly from its description.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must review size guides and product details before purchase.
Items are curated for exclusivity; once sold out, they may not be restocked.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logo, images, text, and design) is the property of Travelling Trunk or its partners.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

8. Collaborations & Designers

TT acts as a curator and sales platform between customers and designers.
Designers are responsible for ensuring the quality of their products.
TT reserves the right to feature, remove, or rotate designers and collections at its discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

TT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products.
TT is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics, customs, or unforeseen events.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and protect your data in compliance with applicable laws.
Your information is used only for order processing, communication, and service improvement.
